This will be an interesting question.

I.e. if you are East Euro, which other easterners look furthest from your group?
If you are Southern European, which other southerners are furthest looking from you?
Etc.

I define Southern Europe as Iberia, Southern France, Italy, Albania, Greece, Cyprus here.
I define Eastern Europe as the Baltics, Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, and the Slavic Balkans.

I'd say that for Sicilians, Portuguese are the least similar looking Southern Europeans to them.

For Polish, I would say that the least similar looking Eastern Europeans to them are Bulgarians and Macedonians.

For Portuguese I'd say that the least similar looking southern Europeans are Cypriots and Albanians.

Northern Kenya/Southern Somalia is where Cushitic speaking groups end, and Bantu and Nilo-Saharan animists and christians begin
Culturally and phenotypically "Cushitic" (Somalis, Borana Oromos, Afars, etc):

It is evident in East Africa that language groups and phenotypes correlate...Afro Asiatic speakers look different from Nilo-Saharan and Niger-Congo speakers.

Latvians and Germans. They on average look literally alien. From other historical neighbours I would say Romanians. Regarding Poland: many Poles from Pomerania and North Eastern Poland would have uncommon faces where I live. Also parts of Upper Silesians & Polish highlanders would look so but they are still akin.

What is Northern Europe then? Nordic countries + British Isles only?

It's up to the person answering to determine.

Out of all the Mediterranean Latin countries I would say Portuguese have the most different look to the others.

I agree. I don't think Spaniards look more like Italians than like Portuguese, but I think Portuguese look alien in Italy while Spaniards sometimes can fit.

Don't exaggerate. Yes, some look distinctive, but others can fit: http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?105318-Female-MPs-from-Lisbon-versus-female-MPs-from-Athens-compare-and-contrast&highlight=lisbon+versus+athens

For Northern Europe, I'd say Finns look by far the most distinct from the British, as well as many French people south of the Ile de France.

For Swedes: Welsh probably and Lithuanians, unless you count Russians as Northern Euros.

Well in the Caribbean the people the most unlike us (Puerto Rico) would be Haiti and after that Jamaica and the US and British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. The Spanish Caribbean is named so for a reason.

The Welsh do have a darker streak than is usual for Northern Europe, yes, but there are still lots who could fit in the 'blonder' countries. Take a look at these rugby teams: http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?106025-Neath-Rugby-Team-South-Wales http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?102898-Scarlets-rugby-team-from-Llanelli-Carmarthenshire-West-Wales&highlight=llanelli+scarlets http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?103667-Ospreys-rugby-team-from-Swansea-Wales&highlight=ospreys

Cubans are not really comparable to PRs either, even still. Almost no Amerindian, way more predominantly/fully African people, and more pure whites.

Wow! It's amazing to see the sheer disparity in looks despite such close proximity. What do you think can be attributed to this?
By the way he looks very ubermensch!
