Racial view in America

It seems like the government and the population has different views upon race in America. So what would these be considered as if a group of Americans of each race looked at them? white, black, asian, mixed race, arabic or what?

they look like white people. nice new uniforms and they abandon the unstable Ak47 platform I see.

Well these people are sunburnt, full of dust and tired of war, so maybe the white anglo-saxons would not consider them 100 % '' white'' but the photos of Fryma of course would.
