Along the Atlantic Coast, certainly. In other regions they do get darker, but plenty of people like the above can be found too.

These same people, with a picture with less bright, are similar to most other photos, there are more or less light-dark people but the photos and the quality of light, not only environmental but camera, is it that make people is confused.

This hair colour is also one of the more common for Spain, though in this photo looks fairer because the photo bright.
