Have you tested her level of testosterone in blood?

Her facial traits are more pronounced because is a middle aged woman, she is about 50, not a young twenty years old girl.... and she has got, probably, some CM influence.

I have never heard before anyone saying she is ugly.

IDK according to your reasoning for example Kate Middleton ,that is atlantic or north atlantic, should be considered like a tranvestite, because have a pronounced lower facial region with a robust jaw, too.
