He is probably Anglo-Irish but he looks like some "light" Sicilians, ones we'd call Norman.

No, he just looks to weird. Doesn't look typical southern european at all.

If I didn't know better I could mistake him for partially Ashkenazi, and partially NW Euro. His eye area looks well.. not NW Euro to me.

The metrics of his face are not unlike my own, although of course I am much more SE Euro than he is.
