Across the Near East and Latin America. Regarding Europe, he can pass in Malta, far Southern Italy and Greece at a stretch.

He might be a good example of someone who looks more exotic than they are because of being tan.

The Lebanese guy could fit in parts of Sicily and Malta but other than that, no. He looks very near Easterner/Levantine to fit any where in Europe. He could fit in Latin America.

He looks like one of the characters on Everybody Loves Raymond. Not Ray Romano but the other one, whose name escapes me.

He looks stereotypically Levantine to me and is pretty much a classic East Med (some minor Taurid in there perhaps); although I suspect some Egyptians and North Africans may overlap with him. Fits best in a narrow band on the Eastern Med basin (Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Palestine) and doesn't pass too far East or West beyond that imo.

His eyes seem to be very big. He looks very Levantine.
