Hey eyes are not brown so unless they are contacts obviously she has some mix. She is probably all afram, but not 100% SSA - very few african americans are.

I believe that is "full" Afram. Aframs are a mulatto population anyway - you just need to compare the average Afram to a West African to see the difference and the European mixing.
