John Turturro, italo-american. Father from Bari and mother from Sicily. He looks like a magrebian imho, what would you say? Exotic looking anyway

I have a feeling this is a response to Henry's thread...
Anyway, he looks Gracile(Small) Mediterranean with some Alpinid influence. This could be from either his Sicilian ancestry or some other more Western source. From my understanding, they are quite rare in Europe outside of Iberia and Southern France though.

He looks like one of Coon's North African Mediterraneans:

Nonsense.
He looks like a swarthy Semite therefore non-European.

No, he does not. In "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" he runs around with a shaved head which allows to see his classical Armenoid profile.

I dunno, the profiles of Turturro and Coon's example are quite striking. Armenoids (http://www.theapricity.com/snpa/troeplate42.htm) tend to have flat, sloping foreheads, whereas Mediterranids have rounded ones. He's a tricky case though, and could probably swing in a few different directions.

I must admit - I did always think he was of (partial) Jewish stock rather than merely Italian. It's the nose.

Turturro is very different from the Mediterranean example. He has a flat occiput, 6-shaped nose and public hair on his head. He is definitely Armenoid.

His head is long which doesnt fit Taurid. South Italy has lower cranial index values whereas North Italy is full of Brachycephals.

Could be some form of Dinaricized Mediterranid. I don't see anything decisively extra-European.

I have already answered to you in another post where you did the same question. YES, I subscribed in 2013 but then I forgot this forum. In August this year I tried to subscribe and I discovered that I was already subscribed hence having forgotten my user and password which I had to ask again.
And NO I did not edit my join date. Why shoud have I???
