Hemma i vardagsrummet hos kommunalrådet i Huddinge, Åke Blomqvist (fp), sålde den 17-åriga flickan sex till flera män. I bakgrunden rullade en hårdporrfilm på en videoskärm. Det avslöjar i dag tidningen Metro.

När skandalen i går blev känd efter ett avslöjande i Metro medgav Åke Blomkvist att han betalat en flicka för sex. Han påstod dock att han själv backat ur i sista stund.

Men nu växer skandalen. Metros reporter John Lindblom avslöjar i dag att kommunalrådet i själva verket var den som upplät en lokal till betalda gruppsexorgier med den 17-åriga flickan: den egna bostaden i Huddinge.

Huvudarrangör av gruppsexträffen var en mellanstadielärare, skriver tidningen. Enligt Metro hade flera män sex med flickan i kommunalrådets vardagsrum. Bland dem toppolitikern själv.

Gruppsexträffen ska ha ägt rum den 28 mars i år, skriver Metro som talat med en av deltagarna:
- Man undrade ju varför inte alla åtalades som var med och hade sex med flickan, I synnerhet inte mannen som bodde där.

Enligt uppgift skall den tidigare sexdömde mellanstadieläraren ha kommit i kontakt med kommunalrådet via internet där sedan platsen för nästa gruppsexträff kommit på tal. Platsen blev till slut hemma hos kommunalrådet Åke Blomkvist där en flicka under en eftermiddag hade sex med flera medelålders och äldre män, enligt Metro.

Enligt den deltagare som Metro talat med hade samtliga närvarande sex med flickan.
Eftersom kommunalrådet Åke Blomqvist nekat till att han hade sex med flickan dömdes han enbart för försök till sexköp — detta trots att flickan själv hävdat att han deltog.
- Alla träffades hemma hos honom och hade sex med en flicka under 18 år. Om politikern själv hade sex med henne eller inte har uppenbarligen åklagaren inte kunnat styrka, säger kriminalinspektör Ewa Carlenfors till tidningen.

Politikerbloggen har sökt Åke Blomqvist för en kommentar. Men utan resultat. Han lämnade alla sina politiska uppdrag med omedelbar verkan i går eftermiddag — detta efter krav från bland annat partiledningen.

The age of consent in Sweden is 15, as specified by the Swedish Penal Code, Chapter 6 (On Sexual Crimes). The age of fifteen is referred to several times, for example in Section 4, which reads: "A person who has sexual intercourse with a child under fifteen years of age or who with such a child carries out another sexual act that, having regard to the nature of the violation and the circumstances in general, is comparable to sexual intercourse, shall be sentenced for rape of a child to imprisonment for at least two and at most six years."

There is a position of trust rule in which the age of consent is raised to 18. The section mentioned above continues:"The same applies to the person who carries out an act referred to in the first paragraph to a child more than fifteen years of age but less than eighteen years of age and who is offspring to the perpetrator or in the perpetrator's care or in a similar relationship to the perpetrator, or for whose care or guardianship the perpetrator is responsible due to the decision of a government agency."

There is also a close in age exception (Chapter 6, Section 14) "...not sentenced if it is obvious that the act is no violation of the child considered the small difference in age between the person who carries out the act and the child and other circumstances." In a verdict of March 30, 2007, the Supreme Court (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supreme_Court_of_Sweden) found that a 17 year old boy had not committed a criminal act by having sexual intercourse with a girl 14 years and 7 months old. History
Homosexual acts between men were prohibited in Sweden since 1864, then in 1944 homosexual acts between men became legal - but with a higher age of consent of 20 than for heterosexual/lesbian acts which was always set at 15. The age of consent for gay men got lowered again in 1966 to 18 (still 15 for lesbians and heterosexuals). Then the age of consent was finally equalized to 15 regardless of sexual orientation and/or gender in 1978.
