I disagree entirely.

They may pass in a select few Eastern European countries but you're really reaching by calling these guys exemplars of "Eastern European" phenotypes. They just look ambiguously American to me; New World European blends of predominantly Western and some Eastern ethnic groups.

This East Europid morph is a far better example of a type you can find from Moscow to Zagreb and I see zero resemblance with the guys in the OP:
