I see the term "white" as synonym for Celto-Germanic people living in the Anglo-sphere (America,Australia...) but can include other fair European peoples (Finnic,Baltic,North Slavic,Gallo-Romance) wich have mixed and assimilated into the Celto-Germanic majority.
