I'm of the impression, myself, that this person is of predominantly Western European ancestry. If there are any wildcards to this person being anything other than Irish/British, I would say they are probably Native American or French. Whatever the "wild card" is, it deviates from the typical Western European so far as to cause me to wonder whether there is even African American ancestry in this person. The unusual nose and mouth shape leads me to this assumption.
