Picture's aren't good enough. Looks maybe East Baltic.

Hard to judge from this picture, but she probably would blend easily in Poland unlike some other Latvians.
Seems to be kind of Baltid type.

I admit the picture is not clear, but you got the point!:) She looks more Central European stock than average Baltic people
