Alpine-Med. I think he can pass across the East-Med into Northern fringes of India.

Albania comes to mind. He could fit in quite a few places, especially from the Balkans to the Mediterranean.

ETA: He has more of a "light Greek" feel after looking at him again. He easily could pass as Greek or Italian, in my unlearned opinion.

Looks like it to me... Comes off as a Greek of some kind though ;). Don't you think? Or some kind of Balkan.
