Well a Noric is a Dinaric-Nordid blend. Noric does not mean blond Dinaric since they have different cranial sizes and shapes.

From what I've read, Norid is supposed to just be a depigmented Dinarid, meanwhile a Keltic Nordid is a classic Nordid with Dinarid influence, and often Cromagno-Alpinoid influence as well. Anyway Hegel is definitely a Nordid-Dinarid blend.
