Would she be mistaken for "Hispanic" (i.e. Dominican, Puerto Rican etc) or "African American" here?

I think she Would be mistaken for "Hispanic" like Dominican but in the U.S. they are not really familiar with her look as "Hispanic" so probably as "African American" in U.S. and most or many of the Dominicans in U.S. same story would be taken for "African American" also in U.S.

I think she's racially ambiguous enough that she is not instantly "black" when you see her. I think in NYC she'd be Puerto Rican before African American.

I agree. the thing is in the U.S. they are not really that familiar with her looks as "Hispanic" even tho If i seen her walking in NY would had assume she was Dominican or a mostly black Puerto Rican before African American. she would just be called "Bi racial" or something.

By the way, my vote is "Caribbean Hispanic (Puerto Rican, Dominican)".

She is within the range for what is called "African American" but I don't think people would pin that on her unless she identified as one, which I am sure she identifies as a Cape Verdean.

She looks Mixed to me(Mulatta) but what I was saying is in U.S. they are not that familiar with Black and Mulatto Hispanics, especially Black Hispanics like they are not familiar with White Hispanics in U.S. a lot. if they seen a Black Hispanic and a White Hispanic/Latino they would just the black one Black and the white one a White boy/girl. like some relatives of mine who visit the U.S. the ones you have seen that I posted in Classify threads from my Dad's side they where not really seen as "Hispanic" because they look supposedly "too" white for one. :picard1:

Hispanic but since where I live the Hispanics here are mestizos, if I saw her I would think she is bi-racial
