Second guy can't pass even in Caucasus, first guy could pass.

Second guy can pass only in Afghan and as Pasthun in Pakistan

The first guy can pass in Southern Caucasus, Iran, and Afghanistan. The second guy can only pass in Afghanistan, southern Iran, and in North part of Pakistan. They are both Iranids, but the second guy is gracile Iranid.

Why Southern Iran only? He can pass in all areas of Iran IMO, people over exaggerate the differences between northern Iran and Southern.

Southern Iran has more Indid elements, Northern Iran does not have it.

that's true in the deep south east areas. The guy does not have Indid features so why does he pass better than northern Iran? Imo he fits much better in the north

Most North Iranians are Robust from what I have seen, and the Southerners are more gracil in general though, but of course you can find robust in the south and gracile in the north.
