His facial index very hight for CM type and the skull is very narrow.

No not really, there is two main charecteristics of individual - morphology and metrics. In morphology- yes he is mostly unreducted cm. In metrics he is more on nordid side - thin, high head, long face, gracialicised gonials, etc.

His facial index very hight for CM type and the skull is very narrow.
It's true his head is high but and all his other features are very unreduced CM, especially the jaw. I would think of him as a very extreme faelid type+minor nordid in some areas.
