Probably but so could a lot of people from Northern Europe. Does not mean she is Saami though of course.

Yes. But there's not really anything that screams Sami about her. No really distinct, unmistakable features. If I saw her on the streets here in Norway I would just assume she was an ethnic Norwegian.

Don't get me wrong. She could pass as Sami, but she would not belong to the group of Sami people who look distinctly different to other Norwegians.

I saw some when I went on a fishing trip to Kautokeino, but you must remember that the samis have been mixing with other people for a long time so finding individuals with unmistakable sami features is getting harder and harder. Besides, I don't know the names of the pure looking samis I've happened to see nor do I have their pictures. This old picture however shows what the sami looked like before any major mixing took place. As you can see they looked quite Siberian:

Usually Sami people or people with sami blood have thin and straight hair because of the mongoloid genes (east asians and native americans usually have thin hair too).
