I've seen more than enough Sicilians like her, but she could not fit in Iberia, or the northern 2/3 of Italy.

She would fit in the Levant better than in MOST of Southern Europe, so I'll say Levantine.

The only resemblance is in pigmentation. Claire Forlani has small upturned eyes, a smaller more defined nose, and a square jawline. Luciana Berger has large slightly droopy eyes, a larger less defined nose, and a soft oval face with no squared jawline.
