It depends on the region , in southern morocco it's something like 15-20% and in the north it's almost not visible .

She looks "similar" to a portuguese journalist whose name I can't remember, but this one still looks more northafrican.


edit: Now that I look better at her, I'm changing my opinion to no. The jaw/mouth area is a bit too weird.
