Wouldn't a Kelto-Faelid have more angular, dolicho/mesocephalic features? Brunn is more likely, when you consider the nose and googly eyes.

Looks a lot like a Rupert Grint, who's been classified here as either Brunn or Kelto-Brunn. Same eyes, mouth and nose.
