There are many Polish and Lithuanian women with narrow faces, so there is no any rule. It is just that there are some populations (like Iberians) where this is dominating feature.

Her head shape and build is "Indo-European" inheritance (and Indo-Europeans called themselves "Arya", hence "Aryan" term I'm using to describe this ancient ethnic group). Pigmentation and lack of angularity are of course Pontid inheritance. Also lower part of the face is slightly compressed, which hints aboriginal influence (since both Baltids and Faelids have compressed rectangular faces). Overall, a good example of "North Pontid"!

I don't think so, but it's subjective anyway. Of course there are Poles with uber-broad faces that can mystify even me but this is not norm. Lithuanians are lighter and more often unambiguosly Northern Euro looking than us.

I think Ugne is typical Lituanian name, so she has this Lituanian façe and her name means I think it means fire. I have noticed that about 20% of Lituanians have darker features, unlike Nordids or Baltids, but façial expressions are Lituanian. Some Lituanians tell me that they came form Grece or even from India. Examples:

They both look Iranian or Armenian to me.

These women don't seem to be neither Jewish, Asian nor Gypsy. A lot of such "exotic" looking women and men in Lithuania with almost-Asian features, if you look around really well. They do not have the Portuguese or Russian looks though.
