Why does FTDNA says I have paternal haplogroup R1b-M269, while according to 23andme I have R1b1b2a1a2d (S28/U152)

Can't this cause any problems in sorting out Y-DNA matches..?

They don't provide subclades or something..YOu have to pay more for that..
