View Full Version : Clown Brown setting "targets" for Afghanistan

In true NuLiebour spirit the obsession with hitting "targets" (a liberal favourite pasttime to measure "success and results" in schools, crime prevention etc) is now to be exported to the UK's Afghanistan colony where the resident underling is to be told in no uncertain terms to produce "results". While these targets and stats look pretty on reports, the opposite appears to be happening from what is claimed. In the UK there is a system at work whereby statistics look better and better but actual results on the ground become worse and worse.

The palefaces from "The International Community" aka USA and UK have now ordained that "corruption" and "troop training" in Afghanistan is to be targeted (and results to be measured).

How ironic is it not that in the UK itself where the vast majority of the multi-party political elites are up to their necks in corruption and incompetence, not to mention treason, Brown has not been able to achieve any meaningful results.

Oh wait.... perhaps that is because he is a part of the gravy-train system? :D

Gordon Brown has said Afghanistan's president will be set targets by the international community for training Afghan forces and tackling corruption.
The prime minister said Mr Karzai would be expected to give commitments at a conference in London on 28 January.
Mr Karzai would be set targets of ensuring 50,000 troops for training and corruption-free governors, he said.
