Ah. I am part Sicilian and I think people in Bari look like us. Not Campanians so much though.

Yeah, I always get different ethnicities. I get Italian sometimes but always with something else. I've gotten Russian twice before I don't know why.

I think Campanians sometimes look more Spanish and Apulians more like Greeks. What do your relatives look like?

I have to mention this, last night I was watching a documentary on Italy's cuisine, culture etc. It showed Campania as well as calabria, to be honest , I didn't see much difference, obviously I ain't no expert , but you know....a normal person can't tell the difference. Its kinda off topic, forgive me.

My mother's family is kind of split. My grandmother is light skinned and blonde almost looks German.

My grandfather was dark skinned and so are his brothers and sisters. They're more Mediterranean looking.

My father's father was also dark skinned (he's the Apulian one). But the features are different than my mom's father. My grandmother on my father's side was only partially Italian, she was very Northern European looking.

What phenotypes did you see? If you want to post the answer on my wall that might help not make the thread off topic.

One thing I noticed that I don't share with my parents are my cheekbones. Mine stick out, but they don't have them as high. Where does it come from, my Northern European influence?

Sounds like an Irish trait...although it does happen everywhere just common in ireland.

That makes sense. Irish the is most dominant of my non-Italian blood.

LOL? And you are the same guy who got offended, when I called you paki. The majority of Pashtuns live in Pakistans and don't look that different from other Pakis to me. I guess a normal person can't tell the difference.

soo your offended? No there is a difference between Pakistani pashtuns and afghan pashtuns, tajiks. Genetic studies has also backed it up now, I've made a thread on afghan admixture results. Campanians and calabrians live IN THE SAME COUNTRY.
