Med. Can pass in Southern Europe. She could potentially pass in other places. Possibly some parts of Asia, like Western Asia? Perhaps on the more atypical side. Unlike what another user suggested, I think she looks quite foreign to be a typical Northern South Asian. If she and her brother claimed to be North African or Arab, or at least partly so, I'd believe them. As an actress, she sometimes plays characters of Latin American origin, and I guess she could pass to untrained eye as looking pseudo-Mestiza.

This is her brother and he IMO looks more "ethnic" than her. But I guess that's expected given how the average man is darker than the average woman.
