Well, Im not Japanese, Im Chinese American but perhaps I can give you some insight.

This doesn't apply to me however, but I am well aware of the general East Asian mindset.

Most Asian males prefer Asian females. This doesn't mean they do not consider attractive White females to be attractive, but if they were to describe their ideal female, it'd probably be a pretty Asian girl who is pleasant and innocent.

Many East Asians are not very comfortable with Western culture, except for a minority who go out seeking it. But because many East Asian countries are rather homogeneous racially, they are not comfortable with interacting with foreigners. So that may be one reason why Japanese guys rarely approach White women, they just dont know how to relate to them. Western culture in general is more outgoing as well, so they may feel intimidated because of that.

Many East Asian guys are pretty skinny. And they prefer skinny girls. A lot of Western White women may be on the thicker side, so they may either feel intimidated by this, or unattracted because of that.

Japanese guys are a bunch of pussies for the most part. Of course there are exceptions, but they are far less aggressive than even other East Asian males such as Chinese (esp Northern) and Koreans. Japanese culture has become too rigid and focused on fake politeness rather than being real and straightforward, so this leads to many socially inept Japanese males who cannot approach women.

Well, Im not Japanese, Im Chinese American but perhaps I can give you some insight.

This doesn't apply to me however, but I am well aware of the general East Asian mindset.

Most Asian males prefer Asian females. This doesn't mean they do not consider attractive White females to be attractive, but if they were to describe their ideal female, it'd probably be a pretty Asian girl who is pleasant and innocent.

Many East Asians are not very comfortable with Western culture, except for a minority who go out seeking it. But because many East Asian countries are rather homogeneous racially, they are not comfortable with interacting with foreigners. So that may be one reason why Japanese guys rarely approach White women, they just dont know how to relate to them. Western culture in general is more outgoing as well, so they may feel intimidated because of that.

Many East Asian guys are pretty skinny. And they prefer skinny girls. A lot of Western White women may be on the thicker side, so they may either feel intimidated by this, or unattracted because of that.

Japanese guys are a bunch of pussies for the most part. Of course there are exceptions, but they are far less aggressive than even other East Asian males such as Chinese (esp Northern) and Koreans. Japanese culture has become too rigid and focused on fake politeness rather than being real and straightforward, so this leads to many socially inept Japanese males who cannot approach women.

Thankfully I grew up around a lot of different ethnicities so I wasn't beholden to the same mindset that limited a lot of other Asian men, but that is probably how many think.

They are all definitely Han Chinese, I am pretty sure they are all from NE China which borders Russia, the Northern Chinese men there really like Russian women. I have been there and every Russian woman I saw was with a Chinese man. Of course, perhaps some were prostitutes, but many seem like they were in a real relationship. Northern Chinese are a lot taller than most other Asian groups. Luckily, I have some Northern genes so I'm roughly 6'2, which is much taller than Japanese, SE Asians, etc. Southern Chinese can be quite tall too but they are usually shorter and less masculine than Northerners, there is a cultural difference too.

Well, Han Chinese are not uniform in looks. Its just a cultural term, its not a race. Different regions look quite different from one another.

Huis are also diverse in their looks because they are spread throughout the country. But the ones from the Northwest look primarily Northern Chinese but maybe with some touches of Arab/Persian looks. The Hui Moslems would not be marrying Russian women, they only marry Moslems.

I've been to that province and the Huis look very similar to the local Northern Han of that region.

In fact japanese men do think that western woman are too open minded and would not adapt themselves to japanese culture regarding marriage and behaviour. Things aren't that simple.

First of all: let's just remember that japanese guys already do have problems regarding dating japanese women. Since japanese society is all about "Man work, Woman at home", they just discovered that would be cheaper to be single and have fun with hooks instead having a pitiful life working 14h per day, arriving at home to have ghosting and pay more and more bills because children. So, better being single and enjoying life.

Now, regarding western women: for japanese guys, they are annoying mostly. Talk too much plus need too much attention. Also, let's remember that the whole family concept of Japan includes that women must be fully integrated into her husband family, including behaviors about their mother-in-law. Now, imagine how many problems a guy married to a western girl would face regarding his own mom because cultural barriers and different actitude. Only guys who have parents used to western culture would try something like this, and that's not common at all.
