To try and say AfrAms look a particular way is ignoring the 50+ African Ethnic groups, 7 major European groups, and some 20 Native American groups that make up their ancestors. Its absolutely foolish.

No. At least I don't think so. I think it's more like 12%-20% depending on the area in the U.S. For instance many in lowcountry areas in the South have less admixture than in places like Louisiana. There was a study on this I posted a while back...i think.
