I've actually noticed this as well. I don't know if it's just slavs though. Germanics seem to be like this too. Celts are less moley and more freckly in general.

I've had a lot of moles since kid, comes from mother side of family (mostly arms). I know one of my female cousin got several removed because she was worried of skin cancer (she sunbathes a lot) :laugh:
