No matter what admixture tool I choose my 16th chromosome comes up 11-13% SSA. Sooooo am I black?

I find it just so weird that that's the ONLY chromosome with more than like 1%. It also comes out like 20% NW African too.

No but the 12% SSA is. The NW African is more plausible to me because I'm Sicilian.
