Does everyone get Caucasus on GEDMatch?

I was just wondering what Abhkasian means on the GEDMatch calculators. It seems like I always get something from the Caucasus and I was just wondering if this is real or if most Europeans get some random Caucasus on their admixture tests?

Well Caucasus is generally thought to mean farmers...so unless you just got done hunting and skinning a mammoth, you probably got some Caucasus.

Our ancestors would have passed through the Caucasus at some point. We get it in the Isles also.

Yes. I get rather substantial portions of it. Probably from the Neolithic. I'd assume that Northern Europeans would have less of that component though.

Everyone except basques and sardinians i think.

Naa, Sardinians have lots. But Basques don't.

You have to understand the components from different tests do not represent the same thing despite sharing the same name.
