If he is not Sicilian, he looks kind of like one. I could almost picture him saying Mamma mia! and doing the Italian hand thing. lol anyway my second guess would be a Sardinian, or some mainland Italian like from southern Italy? Greek? a Andalusian?

His look would fit in Malta, also Portugal and southern Spain. He is definitely predominately Alpinid, but i see an influence of Berid too :p

Yes Ialda and all others who said Sardinian are correct!!! I AM REALLY SURPRISED, by the people who said East Med, and also the Portuguese... I don't see it at all.
