They say the first haplogroup was A. I believe that means the Bushmen?

Bushmen are not that old at all, and probably don't even come from africa.

Neanderthal hangs off A00 and some people in cameroon and france have A00.

So A00 is pre-neanderthal.

A and B which are in african pygmies is very old, so they might have looked much different then. There was no such thing as negroid race that far back.

There's no way to know for sure but the la brana reconstruction that showed a general eurasiany look that was somewhere between europeans and east asians is probably not far off.

Where do you see Neanderthal hanging off A00?

According to the recently sequenced neanderthal y-dna.

Neanderthals looked like this though, they almost resemble the diversity of caucasoids today ->

Can you link me to this please. They found neanderthal y-dna?

There is no first haplogroup, because the y chromosome goes back millions of years in time, which means plenty of our non-human ancestors had more basal lineages than we do.

The most basal lineages found in modern humans are found mostly in West-Central Africa, with a few offshots in the nearby regions and even North Africa. Before that, it was assumed the bushmen had the oldest lineages (especially coupled with their mtdna). But with more deep sequencing and new samples from all over Africa, the most ancient lines are found elsewhere.

Something like this maybe, but probably not so dark. This is at least 300k years back maybe 600k.
