FTDNA promised me to deal with the problem. So i deleted this thread by myself.

Wow that is very unfortunate for you. It definitely is not good that individuals can do this with someone's account. Thank you for exposing and sharing this though.

I hope they do what is needed so i will not have to open a lawsuit.

I paid FTDNA more than 600USD and i think i deserve a little respect to my rights of privacy.
