Yes, the rest of the country is more blue-eyed, but of course brown-eyes can be found everywhere. I dare to say that SW Scotland is the second or third more brown-eyed region of Britain, only after Wales and SW England.

As Uhtred says, Southwestern Scots are relatively dark compared to the rest of Scotland, with more Celtic/Atlantid looks.

I have made several threads about councillors from different parts of the UK. In some places, such as Birmingham and Reading, the councillors tend to be younger than these. It is quite arbitrary really.
