It's about the same, the dark hair just makes the illusion they are Darker
it's not rare to see these kind in pubs and such in London, not exceptionally dark at all

Third looks admixed with something non-Euro (Pacific Islander etc).

Fourth looks Jewish eg East Med-Armenid.

If they were French, I would say that:
* #1 No reason to doubt that he is of fully European descent,
* #2 and #3: must have had a grand-grand-grand-mother in the Carribbean region or islands like Mauritius or Réunion (where Indian/SSA mixes are commonplace),
* #4: unmistakeably Jewish

I'm not suggesting otherwise, but his look is still not very common for Britain at all.

They all look British to me. The third one Nick Bryant has similar eye shape to Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin. I remember people were all saying that Jimmy Page was part Chinese.:rolleyes:

Don't know for a precise classification but number one and two have a kind of pan european look (not so swarthy but not light ) which could fit almost evrywhere. The last ones have clearly non typical euro features (I could see them as north african jewish ).
