L'anno scolare prossimo, io studiero a Venezia. Questo settembre, io migrero, per mancanza di una parola meglia, a Venezia per studiare all'ateneo Ca' Foscari per un anno pieno, come parte del Progetto Erasmus.

Stavo pensando, ci sono alcuni membri di questo foro che sono Veneziani? O che hanno vissuto a Venezia o in Veneto? O che sanno qualcosa della citta o della regione?

Essenzialmente, questo filo e 'aiuta Longbowman fra darlo informazioni su Venezia, sulle universita Italiane, sulla cultura di Veneto, o sulla lingua Veneziana.'

Notare che poi il 70% degli abitanti che nel census sono nel ''comune di Venezia'' siano in realtà a Mestre, Lido, Malamocco, etc.

Vicitai Venezia un paio di giorni e posso dire solo una cosa: Le ragazze sono spettacolare.

Qualcosa che pensi che è utile per me. Un luogo che visitare, tradizioni veneti o italiani, l'utilita della lingua Veneziana, come si vede la universita Ca Foscar, etc.

I'll give you a tip: check out the non-tourist places in town, you might find affordable prices.
Other tip: Mestre (the town on the mainland) is the place where "normal" people actually live and work, so prices will be the same ones you'd expect to find throughout Northern Italy in general.

I think it's something awesome! I met alot of Erasmus students when I used to live in Udine...
You'll probably get bored of Venice after a while. So consider visiting places such as Verona (I think it's one of the most beautiful towns in Veneto), the Garda lake (not too far), Asiago and other places on the Alps,....

Also Udine, Trento, Bolzano/Bozen, Gemona, Trieste and perhaps Fiume/Rijeka and Lubjana too.
