Yeah, it's very possible, he is from Central Libya I think.

Agree there is no SSA at all IMO.
primarily Med with some Berberid influence.

No there is not. There is significant people that they are delusionals and think they are Arab. Majority of North Africans Arabs are really Berbers.

This man is actually very proud to be Berber and only identifies this way.
