Slim is a Lebanese surname, he must have partial heritage from there? He can easily be Lebanese. :)I think he is at most 1/4 Lebanese, but i wouldn't associate his pheno to that alone, since many Mexicans sans any of it can look pseudo-West Asian or East Med, too.
