I bet there are like ten real Vlachs on Balkans. Some countries had thousands of them years ago now there are like two registered Vlachs due to assimilation and I bet they have pure Vlach genetics as much as modern Native Indians of USA have pure native Amerindian genetics.

There are still villagers with isolated Vlach communities in mountainous areas. But they are not very genetically different from non-Vlach locals. The Vlachs probably mixed many centuries ago and are now a cultural leftover with little genetic distinction from other populations. Probably latinized locals mostly.
