They are the third largest party in Denmark, if it does happen it will have a political impact on my area too, from where I live Copenhagen is just a bridge. :)

No, doesn't have. And the article states clearly that, the goal of referendum in fact is to avoid what is already being built in Copenhagen and the future that may come.
