An endangered Grey Nurse shark was freed by animal experts, who at one point had to wrestle it in the sea

This amazing video shows how an endangered shark escaped death thanks to animal experts.
The report above, by Australia's Channel 7 News, shows the Grey Nurse shark being freed from a rope noose near a Sydney beach.
It had become entangled in the trap, cutting deep into the hide and restricting breathing, when it was found.
The stunning footage shows how the would-be rescuers had to coax the shark into a contained 'shark sock' and wrestle the animal to get it on to a water stretcher for treatment.
Vet Rob Jones then cut the tight noose cord and set it free after injecting it with a course of antibiotics to fight off infection.
