I just found Serbian source where he is claiming Albanians close to the protest are trying to portray HIM as pro-Russian due to his lobbying efforts for Ukraine not to recognize Kosovo. I don't see anything in that source about speaking Serbian in Kiev being dangerous.

The report I posted is legit. That site is Albanian but is accused often times of being even anti Albanian by albo patriots due to their fair unbiased reporting.
