Relating every Turkic population with Mongolia like Mongolia is not a seperate country but the name of the entire Eurasian continent. Russians are better Mongolians than Tatars since they were conquered and was under Mongol Empire's rule for almost 300 years. Your ideal, blonde and blue eyed Russians mostly live in Western Russia. If you are looking for Mongolians, just take a look at Central Russia except Moscow and St Petersburg. Dont force your brain too much to think or your brain circuits will burn.

When the Red Army entered Crimea on 8th of April, 1944, they started to punish Tatars. The rumors of "Tatar betrayal during German occupation" was so widely spread that thousands of Tatars were executed during the first few days alone. Dead bodies remained hanging down from the trees on the streets of Simferopol for days. But the real "dark days" for Crimean Tatars was the nights of 17th-18th of May, 1944. The mobilized regiments of the Red Army siezed all the Tatar villages and driven out the local population to train stations, allowing them only what they can carry. Thousands of people were exiled to Central Asia in wagons with no air conditioning, without food and water. According to a claim, the deportation of the population of a fisher's village called Arabat was forgotten that day and when the Red Army general figured the situation out, he ordered the villagers to get placed in a ship and the ship to get sunken in the middle of Black Sea. They really managed to do that and the results of the successful deportation process was informed to Moscow.
