if russia takes away crimea i think svoboda could seriously rise. Also the first thing the new government in kiev did was banning russian language and other minority languages, no one really know what was real force behind maiden and maiden protesters. We only know it if the ukrainians will have their election.

I'm not sure whether its a good idea to hold the elections so early btw. There is a lot of dust in the air and it needs to settle first, so the society can get a clear view on the political landscape and place the right kinds of bets.

In another words: elections in May won't prove or mean much.

This of course has been greatly complicated by the Russian invasion.
