In the Bogota-based national channels such as Caracol, El Tiempo and RCN they are, but these are the regional channels from other parts of the country.

Actually they look very admixed, I think only one dude an perhaps one woman can be named white hispanics the others are admixed in different extents, I see a lot of black blood in some of them.

This. I see a range, mestizo mostly Harnizo to afromestizo(triracial) look..with few whites. I saw two or three that look white or castizo.

The first two groups are Dominicans for sure. The rest, South American.

I can assure you they are not. They are quite typical for the Caribbean region of Colombia.
