They don't really look Greek except South Italians most Italians look more closer to Albanians, not to mention that most ancient Italians had connections with Illyrians, especially Iapyges, Dauni, messapi, and veneti, now veneti were ancient italians but they were neighbours with Illyrians so had contact.
