I don't find anything special in Gasol brothers look, average Spaniard for me. Even Marc Gasol (The youngest) have square face, not very Mediterranean feature I think. Can they pass in south Italy? Yes why not, but also in the south east Slovakia and north west Serbia.

Marc's face is more rectangular more than squared, and yes it is a Mediterranean feature. The Gasol brothers may pass in Slovakia or Serbia but from what I've seen they're more typical in Southern Europe, from Portugal to Greece.
