Or rather, 95% of their genetic make-up is. Of note is how Finns and Lithuanians have the least Mediterranean admixture in all of Europe, although the former does, on the other hand, have higher rates of East Asian admixture than do most, but still nowhere near in double figures - unlike the rates of West Asian admixture in the Balkans and Italy.
